why gellibn exists

The name comes from the idea of people gelling – clicking together to do great work.

Growing businesses outgrow group chats long before they're ready for enterprise software. The result is scattered messages, missed feedback, forgotten policies, and managers carrying too much context in their heads.

Hi, I'm Voulla.

After years of leading teams across service businesses, I kept hitting the same wall: brilliant people, willing to give their best, slowed down by tools that were never built for the rhythm of a real workday.

I started gellibn so growing businesses could lead with clarity, build connection without admin overhead, and grow their people with confidence – without trading the warmth that makes a workplace worth showing up for.

My goal is simple: help owners lead their teams with confidence, and create workplaces people never want to leave and everyone wants to join.
