Where do the assistant's answers come from?
Answers are grounded in the documents, policies and knowledge you have uploaded, plus the staff and feedback context inside your workspace. The assistant cites the source it used so people can verify the underlying document rather than relying on a generic web answer.
Is our staff and company data used to train AI models?
No. gellibn uses enterprise OpenAI endpoints with training disabled. Your documents, conversations and staff data are not used to train foundation models, and access is scoped to your workspace.
What does "human in the loop" actually mean here?
When the assistant wants to take an action – sending a message, recording feedback, updating a record – it drafts the action and shows you a confirmation step first. Nothing leaves the app or changes data until a person approves it.
What happens when the assistant doesn't know the answer?
The assistant is designed to say so rather than guess. It will either point the user to the closest relevant document, suggest a person to contact, or escalate to a human admin – instead of producing a confident-sounding answer that has no source.
